Michael B,  Yes, Mario claims to be a University student examining the effects of terrorist group impact within his country of Columbia and those in other cities and countries around the world.  A rough translation of his questions are:  

Of what importance is the increase in virtual social networks?
How would/could advancements in (new) communications technology and the phenomenon of social networks impact the future of the (a) country? 
This one is more difficult, but, here goes;
How has the social network that is FACEBOOK been used in Columbia's protests against the FARC?
Is the relevance (importance) of virtual social networks been exaggerated? 
Do you consider virtual social networking to advance efforts towards a more inclusive society? 

That is as close as I can get to the translation Mario is asking and that required some use of lexical aids on my  part.  Cheers, Dave
