[CITASA] Fwd: FW: expert needed for news story on internet connection

So, Stephen maybe read an article about how people are "clinging" to dial up, but the article didn't say why? Was it a research article? Or was it just made up? Are they clinging, or using? What's his source on this "cling" business?
